Purpose of emergency response:
In order to prevent the occurrence of major production safety accidents, improve the emergency management mechanism, quickly and effectively control and dispose of possible accidents, protect the safety of employees and company property, in line with prevention and emergency, Hangzhou Flanthene Co., Ltd. conducted a comprehensive drill of methyl chloroacetate pipeline leakage accident in the tank farm in mid-2023.
1. Verify the emergency plan for comprehensive disposal of Hangzhou Flexanth Co., LTD.;
2. Verify the employees participating in the exercise to clarify their responsibilities and emergency action procedures, as well as the level of coordinated response and practical ability of the emergency team;
3. Improve the ability of employees to avoid, prevent and resist accidents, and enhance the vigilance of accidents;
4. Gain experience to improve the emergency response plans developed.

There are storage tanks in the tank area of white smoke, but also dazzling tears, then found an abnormal situation, a company employee wanted to find out, they did not think to cooperate with another employee present, two people did not wear any protection to the tank area to see. Two people stepped over the cofferdam into the storage tank area, one employee fainted to the ground, the other employee escaped the tank area.
The employees who escaped immediately reported to the director by walkie-talkie that there was a pipe leak in the tank farm and an employee was trapped inside. Director feedback do not move, immediately report the situation to the head of production. The person in charge of production and the director immediately rushed to the scene, urgently activated the second-level emergency response, and the person in charge of production notified the emergency groups to the tank area with a walkie-talkie to prepare for emergency.

The emergency rescue team commands 6 emergency personnel to be on standby; 2 people with light chemical protection line C workshop west fire hydrant water, open the water gun; 2 people in light chemical protective clothing, back air gas mask, stretcher into the accident area rescue, after the rescue, after the safety area, the ambulance team arranged on-site first aid personnel; The other two emergency personnel, with heavy chemical protective clothing, air call, take the leakage tool into the tank area after fighting, plugging the leak point, successfully plugging the leak "air quality has returned to normal, the accident water has been discharged into the emergency pool, no leakage;
6. Then the team members wash the fire protection clothes with spray, so that the emergency task is completed. The emergency teams line up, each group counts the number of people, and the final drill is over.
Summary of drill:

2. This exercise is quite detailed, and the matters of each participant are described in place.
3. The organization of the drill is well organized and closely related to the time node.
4. The materials required for the performance are fully prepared, and the training of the participants is in place.
5. Through emergency procedures, effectively control the air quality in the accident area, discharge emergency water into the accident pool, and control environmental risks.
6. Inform the whole factory of the drill time, so as to avoid employees' alarm due to unknown circumstances.
The rescue drill enhanced the prevention awareness of all employees of Flyanthene plant, checked the implementation of safety emergency work, found and solved the problems in the drill, and effectively improved the rescue ability. Before the drill, the EHS department will plan the drill, and the person in charge of production will discuss the planning content with each department, and the EHS will coordinate the drill. After the end of the exercise, summarize, evaluate, analyze the existing problems, and provide suggestions for improvement.
Through the development of this drill plan, good results have been received in the whole factory, improving the awareness of the importance of safety production by the emergency departments, and enhancing the company's safety awareness and safety responsibility.
